Web application development for growing businesses

Web applications with real users, data and workflows: SaaS platforms, customer portals and admin dashboards, designed and built by the engineers you talk to.

We work remotely with companies in the US, Mexico, Peru, Colombia, Ecuador and anywhere else.Where and how we work

When your web app holds the business back

  • Slow pages that cost you customers

Screens that take seconds to load, forms that stall on a phone and checkout or sign-up flows people abandon halfway. Every second of waiting is a user who goes back to the search results.

  • A portal nobody wants to use

It was built and launched, yet customers still email and call because they cannot find what they need. A poor experience turns a self-service tool into more work for your support team.

  • A platform that does not scale

It worked for the first hundred users; now it slows down at peak hours, every release breaks something else and nobody wants to touch the code. The product meant to help you grow has become the ceiling.

What we build

Software that runs in the browser, with sign-in, permissions and business logic, not brochure websites.

  • SaaS platforms

Subscription products you sell to your own customers, with multi-tenant accounts, user roles, plans and billing, and an admin console for your team.

  • Customer portals

Secure areas where customers check orders, statements or documents, submit requests and follow progress without picking up the phone.

  • Admin dashboards and internal tools

The back office that runs the business: order management, approvals, inventory or customer service, showing each role exactly what it needs.

  • B2B e-commerce

Catalogs with customer-specific pricing, repeat orders, credit terms and account managers, connected to your inventory and invoicing instead of a generic storefront.

  • Content-managed sites

Marketing sites your team updates without a developer, built with the same care for speed, accessibility and search visibility as the rest of the product.

A website is not a web application

A website informs: it presents your company, your offer and a way to get in touch. A web application does work: people sign in, data is stored and workflows run, such as a booking, an order, an approval or a report. That difference changes the whole project, from architecture and testing to security and hosting.

If a simple website is all you need, we will tell you. Our focus is web application development for businesses where the logic, the integrations with other systems and the safe handling of data are the core of the product.

Next.js and React development, done for the long run

We build front ends with Next.js, React and TypeScript, and back ends with Node.js, NestJS, Python FastAPI or Go depending on the job. Typed code end to end catches whole classes of bugs before they reach users and makes the codebase easier for the next developer to pick up.

Performance and accessibility are part of every release, not a final polish. We design mobile first, track Core Web Vitals from the first builds and check keyboard navigation, contrast and screen-reader labels as we go.

  • Mobile-first, responsive design
  • Performance measured on every release
  • Accessibility and technical SEO built in

How a web app project runs

Before we quote the build, you click through your system in a prototype. After that, you see progress every week. No surprises.

  1. We learn your business

Discovery meetings to understand your business and the features you need, before we propose anything.

    You get:
A requirements document with the agreed scope.
    Typical time:
    1–2 weeks
  2. Clickable prototype

Click through your system's screens and validate every flow before any code is written.

    You get:
A clickable prototype to share with your team.
    Typical time:
    1–2 weeks
  3. Quote with options

A phased proposal with alternatives, so you choose the scope and budget that fit.

    You get:
A detailed phased quote, with discovery and the prototype deducted.
    Typical time:
    2–3 days after prototype approval
  4. Phased development

We build in phases and show you working software at the end of each one.

    You get:
A demo per phase, a short weekly update and a test environment to watch your system take shape.
    Typical time:
    Set in the quote
  5. Testing

We test every flow, and your team signs off before anything goes live.

    You get:
A release ready for your approval.
    Typical time:
    Set in the quote
  6. Launch and handover

We launch your system or app, train your team and hand over every account.

    You get:
Servers, app store listings and domains in your name; the code and design are yours once paid in full.
    Typical time:
    Set in the quote
  7. Warranty and support

Every project comes with a 60-day warranty. After that, you choose how we continue.

    You get:
Free fixes during the warranty, then a monthly plan or hourly support.
    Typical time:
    60-day warranty, then ongoing

Web application development FAQ

What is the difference between a website and a web application?

A website informs; a web app has users, data and workflows, such as bookings, orders or dashboards. That means business logic, permissions and security a brochure site never needs.

Which stack do you use?

Next.js, React and TypeScript on the front end; Node.js, NestJS, FastAPI or Go on the back end, depending on the project. We choose mature tools with large communities so the app stays easy to maintain.

Do you also build mobile apps?

Yes. Every web app we build works in a phone browser, and when you need an installable app with offline use or device features, we build it for iOS and Android.

Mobile apps
Can you take over an existing web app?

Yes, starting with a technical audit of the code, performance and security. From there we propose a staged plan to stabilize the app and keep evolving it without stopping operations.

Software maintenance
Where is it hosted?

Usually in the cloud, in your own account, so the infrastructure and data stay in your name. The exact setup is agreed in the quote, based on scope and your requirements. Every project also has a 60-day warranty: if something we built does not work as agreed, we fix it at no cost.

How do you work with companies in other countries?

We work remotely with companies anywhere, on UTC-5 all year, and bill in USD. We can work in English or Spanish, with video calls, shared tools and deliveries you can try yourself.

  • Custom software

Systems designed around how you operate, not adapted templates. We automate processes and connect your team.

  • Mobile apps

Apps for iOS and Android that feel native and, when your operation needs it, work offline.

  • Ecuador

An engineering partner in a nearby time zone that bills in dollars, works in English and ships often.

  • Nearshore Latin America

A partner in a nearby time zone: live calls, same-day demos and decisions that keep moving at your pace.
