Questions about the process

Do discovery and the prototype cost anything?

Yes. Discovery meetings and the clickable prototype are paid, and that amount is deducted from the quote if you go ahead with development. If you don't, you keep the prototype and the requirements document.

What if I need changes mid-project?

We make small changes at no cost, within a reasonable margin. Larger changes are quoted separately, as a new phase or for later, and you decide when.

What does the warranty cover?

Every project has a 60-day warranty: if anything we built does not work as agreed, we fix it at no cost. New features are quoted separately.

What support is there after the warranty?

Your choice: a monthly maintenance plan with a block of hours, or hourly support whenever you need it.
